specialty-dining restaurants and the first Asian fusion dining option onboard a Mermaid Cruise
ship. This buffet-style restaurant is open nightly for dinner and offers innovative creations
as well as traditional Asian favorites.

Highlights
The cuisine in Jade is influenced by Thailand, Malaysia, China, Japan, Vietnam, India, and
Indonesia, which our chefs have developed into exciting new dishes like Tom Kha Gai Chicken
Coconut Soup and Ebi Ni Drunken Prawns with sake. Of course, there are also popular favorites,
like Shanghai Noodles and Sushi Rolls and to complement your meal, a variety of beverages is
offered, including sake, plum wine, green tea, Singapore Slings and Chinese, Japanese and
Indian beers.
Menu
Menus change daily and can vary from ship to ship. We also modify dishes seasonally to use
the freshest ingredients available.
Dress Suggestion
Jade is always casual; however, bare feet and tank tops are not permitted.
Costs
All meals (including coffee, tea, water, iced tea or lemonade) in Jade are included in the
price of your cruise. Specialty beverages, beer, wine and soft drinks are offered at current
bar menu prices.
