Mobile Phone Service
Mobile rates are determined by your home carrier and you will be billed for your international
roaming usage on your regular mobile phone bill; for more information, please contact your
home carrier customer service. If your home carrier supports GPRS data service, you can use
mobile phone service to check email, surf the web, and share photos while onboard just as you
would at home. Just remember to pack your mobile phone and phone charger.
Mermaid Cruise Onlinesm
Mermaid Cruise Onlinesm provides easy to use internet access for
you to send and receive e-mail, surf the net, send e-cards and check stocks 24 hours a day
through either our onboard computer workstations or with your personal laptop through our
fleetwide Wi-Fi Service. Remember to bring your personal laptop, AC adaptor and cables.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available in select areas of the ship (for the Freedom family of ships, the service
is available throughout the entire ship); Guest Services can direct you as to where to get
connected in the ship.
Mobile phone, Internet, Wi-Fi - it's all at your fingertips, even in the middle of the sea. Stop by the Guest Services Desk and pick up a "Stay Connected at Sea" brochure with more information on locations to get connected, rates and internet usage packages. With Royal Caribbean, you can cruise and still stay connected.
But you're on vacation, for goodness sake, do you really want to do this?
