Vitality
With the launch of Queen Davia Of The Ocean, our Vitality program made its exciting debut! This new program offers lots of activities and options onboard and onshore to work wellness into every aspect of your cruise vacation - plus, the tools you'll need to keep the momentum going when you return home.
Getting Started

We know that starting to take a more holistic approach to wellness can be a little overwhelming. For help, check out our Vitality program lecture series for expert advice on stress and relaxation, nutrition and weight management, and health and fitness.
New Balance® Programs

Ready to get the exercise component started? Pay a visit to our onboard New Balance virtual trainer kiosk for a customized cruise vacation fitness plan, as well as a post-vacation exercise plan. Some of our ports of call also have New Balance self-guided running maps, including one for our fitness path on Labadee, Haiti.
Shore Excursions

Integrate wellness into your onshore activities with Vitality shore excursions including biking, kayaking, tubing and more. Experience the exhilaration of adventurous activities like the Dragon's Breath Flight Line on Labadee; the Jungle Bike Adventure on Cozumel, Mexico; and the Snorkel and Beach Experience in Georgetown, Grand Cayman, just to name a few. Be sure to look for package deals that combine Vitality shore excursions with discounts on select spa treatments - a great way to unwind from your portside adventures.
Menu Items

Fuel up on fresh options. For a quick pick-me-up, try energy bars, protein and green tea drinks, and Tazo teas. Plus, you'll be pleased to find healthy (and tasty) Vitality choices on the dining menus, including trans-fat-free foods and freshly prepared meals made from all-natural ingredients.
Smoking Policy

We're pleased to announce a breath of fresh air for our guests - a new onboard smoking policy. Beginning January, 2008, we will be increasing onboard smoke-free zones by designating all staterooms* and one lounge on each ship as non-smoking areas.

*Smoking is still allowed on the balconies of balcony staterooms.
