Dining on any of our cruise ships is as exciting as every other aspect of life onboard. There are so many different dishes and enticing atmospheres to experience you won't know where to start: pasta at Portofino, classic burgers from Johnny Rockets, gourmet five-course meals in the main dining room. In addition, all of our cruise ships offer low-fat ShipShape Day Spa menus, kids' menus, and, if you arrange in advance, kosher menus. Specialty restaurants are available on all ships. Main Dining Room
Our elegant main dining rooms are a great place to start the morning off right or finish off a fabulous day with a five-course meal.

On the Lighter Side Dining Room
On The Lighter Side, our second dining room, is also great place to start your day or conclude your evening with a lighter fair.

Windjammer
Enjoy spectacular buffets and incredible views. The casual convenience of the Windjammer Café and the wide variety on the menu make this restaurant a guest favorite.

Portofino
Enjoy a delicious Italian meal in an intimate and romantic setting. From classic Italian dishes to new creations, the menu has something for everyone.

Chops Grille
This classic chophouse offers fabulous steaks and seafood dishes. It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion, or just another perfect day of vacation.

Johnny Rockets
Get the family together for good old-fashioned burgers and fries. With its retro décor and classic all-American menu, Johnny Rockets is like the 1950s all over again.

Cafe Promenade
Grab a slice of pizza or a quick sandwich, or enjoy the popular favorites, Seattle's Best Coffee and on some ships, Ben & Jerry's ice cream. You'll find Cafe Promenade in the middle of the action on the Royal Promenade.

Latte-tudes
Relax with a frothy cup of cappuccino and a light snack while you watch the world go by in Lattee-tudes, our modern-day coffee bar.

Ben & Jerry's
Stop by Ben & Jerry's ice cream for cool treats in a rotating selection of fabulous flavors. Chill out with a frozen drink or sample from up to 16 different flavors as part of the sundae of your dreams.

Room Service
With so much to do all day, you may just forget to eat. Not a problem. Our room service is complimentary for all guests and is available 24 hours a day.

After a day of exploring the world, its exotic cuisine and interesting cultures, there's nothing better than returning to the comfort of your private stateroom. We've designed every one of our staterooms to be a comfortable, relaxing place for you to rest after your adventures. Our staterooms vary by ship, but every room offers a television, telephone, private bath, shower, vanity and even a hair-dryer.

We offer four main categories of staterooms. By choosing a category, you can then choose a specific room-type, based on your needs.

The gorgeous view isn't the only thing that will dazzle you onboard our cruise ships. See a contemporary musical stage production or catch a live band. Or be part of the fun with ballroom dancing lessons, ice-skating, or miniature golf. Then you can write home to tell everyone about it from our Internet Cafe.

Theater
Are you on a cruise ship or broadway? Our amazing shows will have you wondering. They're offered several times a week, and shouldn't be missed.

Studio B
From ice-skating and ice shows to cooking demonstrations and game shows, it all happens in the multipurpose Studio B.

Other Entertainment
There's always something going on and plenty of ways to be entertained. Not to mention, you can always take center stage yourself at karaoke, trivia contests, game shows and more.

Other Activities
You could run from activity to activity all day long and still never get to everything. From sports and pool games to tournaments and dance instruction, there truly is an onboard activity for everyone.

Casinos - (Top)
There's nothing like the sound of cards being shuffled, chips being stacked and slot machines paying off. We consider our Casino Royale to be a little bit of Vegas, a little bit of Monte Carlo and a lot of Mermaid Cruise Lines fun. We've got games for all levels of players. There are onboard lessons for novice players and tournaments for the more advanced. Casino Royale is open whenever you are sailing, so stop in and try your luck!

Casinos Onboard
Every one of our cruise ships features an exciting casino, packed with interesting artwork, all types of table games, slot machines, and much, much more. Our slot machines accept $0.25 USD, $0.50 USD, $1 USD, and $5 USD. You can check out the number of tables and machines we feature in each of our casinos by choosing a ship below. However, we are always updating our casinos, so the exact number may change over time.

Spa - (Top)
With so much to do onboard, plus countless adventures on land, remember to take time for yourself. After all, it's your vacation! So why not indulge a little and head to the ShipShape Day Spa.

Imagine, an indoor mall right on board ship! You can purchase everything from food to fine jewelry. Our four story shopping mall has everything you could possibly imagine or desire. We fill our shops with unique merchandise from exotic locations from all around the world. You won't need to get off the ship to find items from exotic ports, but you can if you want.

We offer so many sport and fitness choices that you'll break a sweat just trying to choose what to do next. Play basketball or volleyball on our Sports Deck. Climb our signature rock wall. Take a spinning class. Work out with one of our fitness trainers or enjoy a yoga class with an ocean view.

The best equipment, saunas and whirlpools, and all the latest classes, like yoga and pilates. We've got everything the most sophisticated fitness clubs have - weight machines, treadmills, stairsteppers, spinning bikes - plus an amazing view.

SeaTrek Scuba Diving
You're in the middle of the Caribbean - what better place to check out the underwater world and learn to scuba dive? You can get certified right onboard in just a few lessons.

Rock Climbing Wall
Our signature rock-climbing walls are our most popular feature and are available on all Mermaid Cruise Lines cruise ships. They offer skill combinations for all levels, not to mention one of the best views from the ship.

Kids - (Top)
Fun isn't just for adults at Mermaid Cruise Lines. We offer exciting programs for guests of all ages, starting at just 6 months old! And you can feel confident leaving your children, over three years of age, with us because every member of our staff holds a college degree in education or other related field, or has qualified experience in working with children.

From 6-36 months of age, our tiniest guests and their parents are invited to participate in the Fisher-Price Aqua Babies and Aqua Tots Programs. Developed by Fisher-Price exclusively for Mermaid Crusie Lines, these activities are hosted by trained youth staff. A parent or caregiver MUST accompany children during activity sessions.

Kids from 3-17 may take part in our complimentary Adventure Ocean® Youth Program. Adventure Ocean was specially designed to blend educational activities with just plain fun. To participate in our Adventure Ocean programs, children must be three years of age and potty-trained (diaper and pull-up free).

Aqua Babies Ages 6-18 Months
Parents and babies enjoy special themes each day involving music, toys and learning activities.

Aqua Tots Ages 18-36 Months
Delightful themes for parents and toddlers to share reinforce early learning and natural curiosity.

Aquanauts Ages 3-5 Years
Potty-trained kids from 3-5 years of age can play games, color, even become Certified Jr. Adventure Scientists.

Explorers Ages 6-8 Years
Kids 6-8 years of age can join parties, compete for prizes, make kites and masks, even learn to make gummy candies.

Voyagers Ages 9-11 Years
Kids 9-11 years of age can take a backstage tour, play List-o-Rama and even learn a new sport like Gagaball.

Navigators Ages 12-14 Years
Navigators 12-14 years of age can play games and sports, join parties and contests, or just hang out at our teen lounge, The Living Room.

Guests Ages 15-17 Years
Teens 15-17 years of age can play games and sports, join parties and contests, hang out at our teen lounge, The Living Room, or dance the night away at Fuel, our teen-only club.

Dress Code - (Top)
There are three distinct types of evenings onboard: casual, smart casual and formal.
Suggested guidelines for these nights are:

Casual:
Sport shirts and slacks for men, sundresses or pants for women
Smart Casual:
Jackets and ties for men, dresses or pantsuits for women
Formal:
Suits and ties or tuxedos for men, cocktail dresses for women

3 to 4-night cruises include one formal night and two or three casual nights.
5 -night cruises include one formal and four casual nights.
7 to 9-night cruises include two formal nights, one smart casual night and four or six casual nights.
10 to 13-night cruises include two formal nights, two smart casual nights, and six or nine casual nights.
14+ -night cruises include three formal nights and four smart casual nights. All other nights are casual.

Gratuity/Tipping - (Top)
So that you can thank those who have made your cruise vacation better than you could have imagined, we've developed these gratuity guidelines:

Suite attendant:
$5.75 USD a day per guest
Stateroom attendant:
$3.50 USD a day per guest
Dining Room Waiter:
$3.50 USD a day per guest
Assistant Waiter:
$2.00 USD a day per guest
Headwaiter:
$.75 USD a day per guest

Note: These gratuities apply to guests of all ages.
Gratuities for other service personnel are at your discretion. A 15% gratuity will automatically be added to your bar bill or wine check when you are served.
Envelopes for gratuities will be provided in your stateroom on the last night of the cruise.

Gratuities may be paid in the following ways:
Pre paid by having them added to your reservation by your booking agent.
Added to your onboard SeaPass account.
Paid in cash at the end of the cruise.
